Royal Bel Leerdammer is looking for a Marketing Manager!
As a Marketing Manager you are responsible for the positioning and activation of several of our strong international A brands. Key is that you have a natural affinity for brand building because you will work on localizing global strategies and translating these into strong and relevant marketing plans resonating with Dutch consumers. You are responsible for your brands' profitable growth while closely working together with all stakeholders including your marketing team, the local business unit team, global brand teams and local advertising & media agencies. You will lead a team of 2 skilled sr. brand managers. As a marketer you are a driving force in further building the leading positing of the Bel Group with FMCG.
To be successful for our brands you should be an academic professional with strong skills in the field of consumer marketing and have previous management experience (minimum 7 years) within FMCG. You have strong digital skills, are able to use fact and figure to steer the brands and business and posses knowledge of the Dutch retail market. You know how to translate consumer and category insights in to plans and brand experiences. You have a proven track record in digital marketing and are fluent in both Dutch and English. To be successful in our team you should be willing and able to drive and accelerate transformation, be agile, daring and able to challenge status quo always with a strategic vision. You are able to engage, challenge and support others in multidisciplinary project teams. You have a business oriented and performance driven mindset and focus on developing yourself and your team.
